5 Swiss passes in a Supercar

If you’re after a short, action-packed tour through the heart of the Swiss Alps, this is the tour for you. Combining unparalleled driving experiences with picture-perfect alpine scenery, our itinerary is the ultimate Swiss highlights package, taking you from the ‘Big 3’ Swiss passes to cosmopolitan Zurich and the dramatic shores of Lake Lucerne.

The itinerary

  • Day Day 1: Zurich

Accommodation: B2 Boutique Hotel & Spa

Check in to the B2 Boutique Hotel & Spa in the heart of Zurich and spend an afternoon enjoying a spa treatment, strolling to the Lake Zurich lakefront, or exploring the historic old town and famous shopping promenade of Bahnhofstrasse along the way.

  • Day Day 2: Zurich to Andermatt via 'The Big 3' alpine passes

Accommodation: 4 Star Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen, Andermatt

We’ll deliver your supercar to the B2 Hotel and after a vehicle walk-through, we’ll hand you the keys and your journey begins. Wind your way along the northern shore of the glorious Lake Lucerne, through tranquil waterside towns and villages before continuing on to the village of Wassen.

Now, the serious driving begins as the first of The Big 3 beckons. Susten Pass was purpose built for the touring driver, and yes, it shows. The glacial views, perfect tarmac and the sublime rhythm of this road make it an experience to remember.

After a short trip through some rolling Swiss pastural land, you’ll arrive at the beginning of the exquisite climb up to Grimsel Pass. This is without doubt one of the finest stretches of road in the Alps, with sweepers and hairpins broken up by flowing kinks. The panoramic drive down the eastern side of Grimsel leads to the iconic Furka Pass, as featured in the James Bond movie Goldfinger (who could forget that Aston Martin vs Mustang scene?).

With the Big 3 done, it’s time for a well-earned rest in the brand-new Radisson Blu Hotel in the alpine village of Andermatt.

  • Day Day3: Andermatt to Zurich via Gotthard Pass and Lake Lucerne

Accommodation: B2 Boutique Hotel & Spa

Wake up to the peaks surrounding Andermatt and prepare for another day of spectacular Swiss mountain scenery and driving some of the best roads on earth.

After enjoying the Radisson’s delicious breakfast spread, you’ll navigate the old Gotthard Pass road. This is one of the more unique and often less trafficked driving roads in the Alps. From Gotthard the route links up with the lesser-known (but near perfect) Nufenen Pass which at just under 2500 metres, is the highest of the 5 passes on this itinerary.

On the way back to Zurich, you’ll get to take on Grimsel Pass again, this time in the other direction, before motoring on to Meiringen, home to the Sherlock Holmes museum and the sparkling waters of Lake Brienz.

Although it’s only been a couple of days in your supercar, as you pull into Zurich, you’ll have certainly earned your session in the superb B2 spa tonight.

  • Day Day 4: Zurich

The day is yours to enjoy. Head back to the old town to take in the centuries of sights before leaving Zurich, or stay in and enjoy more of the B2 spa facilities.
